For events that are canceled or rescheduled, Ticketek will handle all refunds directly. You do not need to request a refund separately for Refundable Tickets in these cases. Details will be communicated to you if an event is canceled or rescheduled.
Refundable Tickets are available for purchases through Ticketek Marketplace Ultimate and Ticketek Marketplace Deals, but not for Ticketek Marketplace Fan-to-Fan ticket sales.
Refundable Tickets are not available for Ticketek Gift Voucher purchases.
We are unable to refund the additional charge for Refundable Tickets if they were selected by mistake.
